Delivery and Shipping
Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer and verify your billing and shipping addresses.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it, please ensure there will be someone available to sign for your parcel.
PayPal orders can only be shipped to the shipping address supplied at the time of purchase. This could be a garage or work address as long as the addresses match that on PayPal, failure to adhere to this policy will mean that the part won’t be sent and will cause a delay as we have to refund you and this may not show in your PayPal account for up to 21 days. Orders won’t be covered by PayPal’s protection if they are sent to an address other than what was supplied on PayPal.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
Any order placed after 2pm will be processed the following day, adding 1 working day to the delivery service.
If an order is placed after 2pm on Friday it won’t be processed until the following Monday. If you are ordering on a non-working day (Saturday and Sunday) please add 1 working day to your delivery date.
For sales and aftersales enquiries our sites are open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, we are closed on Saturday and Sunday
For collections our sites are open 9.30am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday, however, you will need to inform us at least 1 working day prior to arrival for collection.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees and times vary for different products and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and its destination. The delivery price for each order will be displayed during the checkout process, prior to payment and order confirmation and included in the total price of your order.
Delivery time
Typically, delivery occurs within 3 working days of us receiving your payment authorisation and cleared funds. In some cases the estimated delivery time frame will be longer, for example where items are made to order. From time to time the delivery of specific items will exceed our usual 3 working day delivery window for reasons outside our control. We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and we will send you an email to let you know when your item has been dispatched by us
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the products after delivery
Delivery methods & locations
We work with a number of delivery partners including Royal Mail, DHL, Palletways and courier companies. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you.
We deliver most products to Mainland UK. In some cases, we will only be able to deliver products in Mainland UK areas, unless you have contacted us to arrange delivery to an area outside Mainland UK. This information will be shown on the product listing. We are able to accept orders for international delivery, providing that you have obtained and paid for any extra delivery charges that may arise.
Delivery failure
It is important that you verify your information is correct, especially your delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you may be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us, we reserve the right to pass on applicable charges to you if you provide wrong address information.
Our priority is to get your products to you as quickly as possible but we will not be liable to you for late delivery as we are dependent on our suppliers and shippers.
The company will do its best to dispatch orders promptly but we will not be liable to you nor pay you any Compensation for Late Delivery which is caused by:
Your failure to pay any duties and taxes, customs or other regulatory agencies
Events outside of our control:
We will not be in breach of our obligations to you under a Contract or liable for any Loss or Damage or Late Delivery or anything else, if it is your fault, or results from something outside of our control.
Including (but not limited to), bad weather, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of public or private highways, or industrial action, or the failure of our Agents.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase it can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days, no questions asked. The returned item must be in original condition and in original packaging.
We guarantee to replace, exchange or refund any goods that are delivered to you damaged or faulty. This guarantee requires you to inform us immediately of the problem. Shipping costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.

We guarantee to exchange or refund any goods that do not match the description on our website. This guarantee requires you to inform us immediately of the problem. Shipping costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
Goods that cannot be returned
Products that have been used or modified or outside the warranty period cannot be returned.
